Group coaching programmes are an increasingly popular way to improve overall well-being.  I have created several different programmes about meditation, self care & improving the microbiome amongst others. Meditation enables participants to cultivate greater self-awareness and care. This practice has the potential to reduce stress levels and improve mood, but as odd as it may sound, it can also positively influence our microbiome, because stress hormones have a negative effect on the microbiome. The microbiome plays an essential role in our physical health.

By participating in group coaching sessions you will be able to create more meaningful connections with others in the group, while simultaneously gaining insight into your personal development journey.

My programmes will provide you with strategies for developing healthier habits and helpful tips on staying focused and managing emotions more effectively.
